For 12 years, our Clinical Director, Paul Martin, has worked alongside the client-led Game Day Committee to plan this year’s Big Game event—what started as a simple cooking competition has grown into a meaningful tradition that promotes teamwork, recovery, and self-sufficiency. Our veterans took the lead, raising funds and planning a menu featuring burgers, steamed shrimp, fried fish, and more. This year’s celebration was made even more special thanks to generous contributions from our staff, KND Hearts, graduate Michael Crawford, and former board member Joey Vanoni of Pizza di Joey, who provided an incredible spread of game-day favorites.
