In this final construction update video from Marlene Rotering, president and CEO, and Bob Coppola, project manager, you’ll get a look at some exciting features of The Baldwin. Your tour starts at the living wall that makes a grand impression at The Baldwin’s front entrance. Then, head outside for a view of the water feature —?an area that’s sure to become a popular place to sit and read or talk with friends. Next, you’ll go back inside to the lobby of building E where a graphic moss wall sets the tone for the gathering space just outside the wellness areas. Head into the well-equipped, light-filled Fitness Center that overlooks the water feature and The Baldwin’s front entrance, and view the group exercise and yoga studio with its colorful ceiling. Next, you’ll see the Aquatic Center where it’s always a balmy 85 degrees?— the perfect temperature for enjoying the pool and whirlpool in all seasons. And what could be more convenient than the on-site hair salon and spa when you need a trim, a massage, or some pampering nail care? Also conveniently located on the ground floor of building E is the General Store where you’ll find a selection of grocery items, resident-made crafts, and a gathering area where residents can enjoy meeting up and sharing the news of the day. As the tour comes to a close, you’ll walk through the enclosed, temperature-controlled pedestrian bridge that crosses Wexford Drive, giving residents access all areas of the community without ever having to go outside in inclement weather. You’ll see the spectacular light fixture in the stairwell of building C, then join Marlene and Bob in The Baldwin’s bar area as they toast the completion of New Hampshire’s newest, most innovative senior living community.
