At TBG, you’ll find our recruiters sourcing stellar candidates, building lasting relationships with clients, and also keeping up with their favorite sports teams; talk about multi-tasking! We celebrated MLB Opening Day by having a popcorn cart at our HQ, serving all varieties of the fan favorite stadium staple! We also proudly represented our favorite teams by wearing their jerseys! If there is something TBG certainly has, is team spirit.
TBG Feud
At TBG, we understand the importance of hard work. We also understand that incorporating time to have fun and build lasting relationships with each other, and not only our clients and candidates, is vital to our success. The first ever TBG Feud was launched in 2022, and was a thrill for all! Our Farmingdale office, known as “Team Drama”, took the trophy as TBG Feud’s first ever champions! We are so excited to be able to have fun while also being a staffing and recruiting powerhouse!
TBG Titans
Our TBG Titans softball team was surprised with an amazing turnout to one of their biggest games for the 22' season! Known as the “TBG Titans Fan Club”, TBGers from across divisions showed up to support and cheer on our Titans! Here at TBG, we know it takes effort, a positive and winning attitude, and teamwork to be the best we can be; effort, attitude, and teamwork are some of our mantras for a reason!
