I hope that other CEOs in our industry recognize the increasing demands placed on staff, the decrease in civility, and begin to objectively review each client’s relationship to align with the company’s published work culture.

FinCEN, The Department of Treasury’s department with oversight of the Corporate Transparency Act, released affirmative statement that Homeowners Associations must comply with the Beneficial Ownership Information filing with statement basically denying CAI’s request for exemption. https://lnkd.in/eAD878sw The Senate bill, S. 3625, the legislation that will delay implementation of the BOI filing for another year, is one of the only clear avenues CAI members have to find relief of the impacts of these burdensome filing requirements.
