Throughout this international immersion, we dove into the business landscapes of these nations, learning about their primary industries, entrepreneurial spirits, and the unique opportunities they present. From bustling markets to innovative corporate environments, this program offered invaluable insights into the realities of conducting business in rapidly evolving economies. The best part? These experiences didn’t just broaden our understanding of global business; they forged lasting connections within the Spartan community and with local leaders in South America.

We’re proud to announce that we’ll use the B Impact Assessment as our measurement tool and ESG reporting framework. This step aligns us with the?B Lab?movement, connecting us to a global network of businesses dedicated to being a force for good. We’re creating an internal “B Team” to drive this forward, review policies, gather insights, and support continuous improvement.
