?? October Grand Re-Openings! ?? We're thrilled to share that in October, three of our stores celebrated grand re-openings as newly converted, co-branded Ace Hardware locations! With ribbon cuttings, smiles, and fresh opportunities to serve, we’re excited to bring the Ace experience to these communities. ?? Burtonsville, Maryland ?? Belfast, Maine ?? Saint Johnsbury, Vermont These transformations are part of our commitment to providing exceptional service and quality products while staying true to our local roots. In the wake of recent hurricanes, we stepped up to support relief efforts, adding cases of bottled water and gas cans to a semi-truck traveling over 800 miles from MA to the Charlotte Motor Speedway in NC. ? This was the Speedway’s first full semi-truck donation, making a big impact with supplies desperately needed in the affected areas. The team at the Speedway was amazed by the generosity, as they quickly distributed the essentials to those in need. Together, we’re proving that community spirit can drive real change, one truckload at a time!

The North American Hardware and Paint Association announced the 2024 Young Retailer of the Year honorees! Among these seven honorees is our very own Jared Brown! The Young Retailer of the Year program, now in its 28th year, identifies and promotes the next generation of aspiring independent home improvement, paint and decorating retailers. It recognizes individual achievement by industry retailers age 35 and younger throughout the U.S. and Canada. Honorees are chosen based on a number of criteria, including professional milestones, community engagement, continuing hardware industry education and extracurricular activities. “I'm extremely honored. We are excited to announce the acquisition of Bibens Ace Hardware with seven locations in Vermont - Springfield, Colchester, South Burlington, Burlington, Essex, Brattleboro, and?Woodstock! “There really wasn't another company that I could think of that could pick up where we left off, build on what we've created, and take the business even further. Plus, Aubuchon being family-owned with values like ours made for an obvious choice" said Bibens. The stores will continue to operate as “Bibens Ace Hardware,” “Brown & Roberts” in Brattleboro, and “Woodstock Home & Hardware” in Woodstock.
