We’re the trusted go-to for funding, advocacy, and support in the arts, committed to sustaining a vibrant arts ecosystem. As the largest arts alliance in the region, The ACGG is a powerful force in building a thriving, resilient arts economy. About the Role: Development + Annual Fund Manager The Development + Annual Fund Manager is a key player on our team, leading the charge in our fundraising and donor engagement efforts. In this role, you’ll: -Lead our annual fund campaigns: Strategize, manage, and execute annual campaigns that include the work of our Annual Fund Council, direct and digital campaigns, and peer-to-peer fundraising events. -Develop donor connections: Drive donor acquisition and renewal strategies, maintain relationships with “connectors,” cultivate and steward donors, and play a central role in The ACGG events. -Support Development operations: Oversee development operations, from database management and gift acknowledgment to day-to-day stewardship and donor engagement. We are very proud to have facilitated the Americans for the Arts Prosperity Study with Creative Greensboro and High Point Arts Council. A special shout out to the 74 organizations that completed the financial and attendance data and the 1337 event attendees who completed the audience surveys. (Big thank you to Joy Cabador, intern at Creative Greensboro, for her hard work on this!) Yesterday was a big day for arts and culture in Guilford County. The Arts Council of Greater Greensboro, High Point Arts Council, and Creative Greensboro announced Arts and Culture generated $240.3 million in economic impact in 2022. Generated through the arts and culture sector: 4,33 jobs 3,651.196 in local taxes $6,461,024 in state taxes $24,171,381 in federal taxes $134,557,533 personal income paid to residents $133,826,365 in event-related expenditures. This is not a minor contribution to our economy--it is significant. Invest in A+C and you will see a return on your investment!!
