About the Role: Development + Annual Fund Manager The Development + Annual Fund Manager is a key player on our team, leading the charge in our fundraising and donor engagement efforts. In this role, you’ll: -Lead our annual fund campaigns: Strategize, manage, and execute annual campaigns that include the work of our Annual Fund Council, direct and digital campaigns, and peer-to-peer fundraising events. -Develop donor connections: Drive donor acquisition and renewal strategies, maintain relationships with “connectors,” cultivate and steward donors, and play a central role in The ACGG events. -Support Development operations: Oversee development operations, from database management and gift acknowledgment to day-to-day stewardship and donor engagement.
