We've reached an exciting milestone for The Arena Group! ?? Last month, we hosted our first-ever Leasing Retreat–a two-day event designed to equip our community specialists for a successful upcoming leasing season. We packed the schedule full of presentations that dove deep into our business' core processes and the team's expectations and responsibilities. We also made sure to mix in plenty of games, a scavenger hunt, role-playing scenarios, and great food to keep the energy high. We even held a brief chapel on Sunday morning led by our Director of Operations, Evagail Calvert (a Kanakuk Institute alum) to remind us of the heart behind our pursuit of excellence and care for our communities' residents. We wrapped up the weekend with a written and verbal final assessment, with members of our leadership team acting as judges and giving their stamp of approval! This retreat was a huge step forward for The Arena Group as we continue to invest in our Community Specialists and grow the role into a valuable part-time job for students.
