The Community Connections for Assistive Technology (CCAT) grant serves older adults and people with disabilities in rural Northern Michigan and the thumb area, and provides free assistive technology for hearing, vision, mobility and more! The Michigan Health Endowment Fund works to improve the health and wellness of Michigan residents and reduce the cost of healthcare, with a special focus on children and seniors. What is Assistive Technology (AT)? AT is any tool, software, or app that can help people with disabilities, including older adults, do what they want to do.
