Day two of the Executive Forum kicked off this morning with two powerful Keynote sessions. First up was “Accelerating Growth in a Time of Convergence” led by Lara Caimi of Samsara which included a fireside chat with Founding Partner Gary Tubridy as well as a q&a on how to effectively converge marketing, sales and service to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Next up was “A People-First Culture Drives Convergence Across the Revenue Function” with Jason Marx, CEO, Tax & Accounting at Wolters Kluwer. Attendees learned from Jason how he discovered that delivering a great customer experience starts with delivering on the promise of a great employee experience. Tonight’s Keynote at the Executive Forum is Transformation and Convergence Within a Scaled Media Company, led by Steve Ellis, COO of Paramount Advertising. It’s clear that as a company scales, continuing to transform as functions converge is critical to sustained success. The main theme for Steve’s keynote: Change at big companies requires changing both process and culture. He shared the journey of change at Paramount Advertising while he’s been there.
