We're thrilled to see the New York Times cover our historic preservation and adaptive reuse of the former Lorton Reformatory in Fairfax County. In this public-private partnership, we were able to exceed Fairfax County's goals and create a sustainable and well-received redevelopment, bring a successful mix of complimentary uses and densities to a previously desolate area, eliminate the county's financial burden of maintaining an underutilized asset, and generate a new revenue source through a monumental tax base increase.

Senator Mark Warner visited our Dan River Falls project, highlighting the importance of quality housing and innovative approaches to development. Dan River Falls serves as a great example of adaptive reuse and historic preservation, transforming a former industrial site into a vibrant community hub. These efforts not only preserve the rich history of the area but also contribute to creating sustainable, high-quality housing for the future.

We are immensely proud of our continued involvement in rehabilitating the Milwaukee Soldiers Home campus, and our opportunity to play a part in expanding supportive services tailored to those who have served our country. This project is close to our hearts and our commitment runs deep.

Congratulations to our friends and partner at Neighborhood House Community Center! This tax credit award from Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) is vital to moving this transformative redevelopment project forward. This partnership will create 60 units of mixed-income housing and a new space for Neighborhood House Community Center to continue and expand the crucial programming and services they offer to the surrounding community.
