We're proud to partner with the American Medical Association and Children’s Hospital Association on our #AgreetoAgree campaign. Thank you to health care leaders Matthew Cook and James Madara for spreading this critical message about firearm injury prevention.?? https://lnkd.in/eFrwHG3i

We can all agree that firearm injuries shouldn’t be the leading cause of death for children and teens in the U.S. As trusted members of their communities, health care professionals (HCPs) can play a unique and important role in keeping families safe through open and collaborative conversations on firearm injury prevention. Our new #AgreeToAgree campaign, created by Electric Park Films, urges HCPs to visit https://lnkd.in/eQh8HkNp to learn how health care professionals can support families and help protect children and teens from gun violence. Tragically, firearm injuries are the leading cause of death for children aged 1 – 17 in America – and they have been for the last 3 years. Today at Northwell Health's 6th annual Gun Violence Prevention Forum, we launched a new youth gun violence prevention initiative, convening leaders across health care and business to urgently address the impact of firearm injuries on children and teens. This first-of-its-kind, cross-sector #AgreeToAgree campaign, created pro bono by GUT, encourages audiences to help decrease youth gun related tragedies through common ground actions. Visit AgreeToAgree.org to learn how we can make a difference in our families and communities today.
