We believe in bringing together the best people in order to make a project successful. We believe in an integrated process where the client is a co-designer along with the architect, engineers, and other specialists. Projects often take a long time to complete, so it is best to have not only talented people who can get the job done but also people can relate and interact well within a team environment. Quality service is not only measured in response time, but also in attention, in relation, and being courteous. It is our goal to pay attention to the client’s needs and desires. Attention to small details signals to the client that they are important to us and that we are focused on them. Being able to find areas of relation puts us in our client’s shoes and provides us with an amiable environment to dialogue about the project as collaborators and co-designers. Each building is unique and has its own set of special circumstances, so it shouldn’t be a product of a cookie-cutter approach. We believe a building should be contextual and express the personality and mission of the client. It must be a product of a specific context consisting of a program that expresses the functionality and personality of the building/space; the site which expresses an environment, the “neighbors”, the building/space will relate to; and the people who use the building/space.
