The Foundation's Employee Nominated Scheme, enables The Access Group Employees to give back to charities that have been there to support them. Simon, who works with The Access Group - Asia Pacific, shares with us the importance of his relationship with his guide dog and we learn how Guide Dogs Victoria are supporting people with their grant. We are delighted to be joining forces with The Access Foundation to support codebar, a charity that facilitates the growth of a diverse tech community by running free regular programming workshops for minority groups in tech.? ? The Hg Foundation will build on The Access Foundation’s existing support for codebar, providing ￡52,000 in matched funding to grow codebar’s capacity. With new Community Manager and Volunteer Coordinator posts, codebar will double the number of new community members signing up from 2,500 to 5,000 per year, as well as starting eight new codebar branches in the UK. ?
