Do we really need a Women’s Day? A few years ago, on Women’s Day, my husband said something that stuck with me: "If there were more women like you, the world wouldn’t need a Women’s Day." I smiled and told him, "If there were more men like you, there would be more women like me." That moment reminded me that true gender equality isn’t about just celebrating women, it’s also about celebrating the men who stand beside them as real and equal partners. Not just by supporting them or appreciating them on a single day, but by sharing responsibilities at home, raising families together, and challenging outdated gender norms every day. So today, I want to celebrate these men; the ones who don’t just say the right things but do the right things. The ones who create space for the women in their lives to thrive.
