CALLING ALL CREATIVES! This paid internship program doesn't require a portfolio, recommendations, or advertising experience. Because how do you get experience if you don't yet have experience?! BLAC (Building Leaders and Creators), is a paid, 12-week internship program built on four pillars: Education, Inspiration, Experience and Community. It's like a 3-month version of advertising school that not only offers paid?training and job opportunities, but also connects BLAC alumni with the growing national BLAC community. The program runs May 19-August 8 and applications are due soon: February 14. Applying is very simple: Candidates create a two-ish minute video and apply at blacinternship.org/#apply. The video should show and/or tell what makes them a “creative thinker and problem solver.” Throw your hat in the ring -- the ad world needs fresh thinkers like you.

It's been a minute since The 3% Movement stopped hosting our big conferences. We've been using that time to witness the changing world of remote work, holding company?mergers, massive layoffs and other?uncertainties facing creative?souls. In support of whatever is next, in the world and for us as individuals, we've banded together to form a coaching coalition comprised?entirely of certified coaches from the creative industry. Our research shows that 42% of creatives have never had a single coaching session. And virtually all of them would welcome a coach. The biggest perceived impediment? Cost.
