Have you ever made a dopamenu? The wonderful care expert Eva hosted a dopamenu creation session for the team earlier this week and it went down a treat ?? Particularly as we enter the last couple of months in 2024, the exercise was a way for the team to make sure they have a checklist of things to do which can cause dopamine to be released when feeling stressed. From starters of lighting a candle to mains of a long lunch walk - what would you add to your menu? ?? #lifeatlottie
