We’ve had a great few days in #Singapore at the #IASEA2025 conference, engaging with stakeholders across the #airport ecosystem, and presenting our Iris and Facepod solutions. We also took the opportunity to highlight our integrated capabilities in driving the future of travel and airport solutions. Thales experts Fabien VIAGAS, Vincent Deveze and Terry Tan spoke on separate occasions on securing and optimising #AirportOperations, enhancing the passenger journey and experience, and #cyber resilience and future-proofing the #aviation ecosystem. ?? ??? It was an honor to welcome Mr. Philippe TABAROT, Minister of Transport of France and H.E Stephen Marchisio French Ambassador to Singapore to the AIR Lab. We were privileged to showcase how cutting-edge technologies are transforming the future of air traffic management, addressing the increasing complexity of our skies. ? Since its inception in 2019, AIR Lab has achieved significant milestones by driving innovation and fostering regional collaboration through initiatives such as the Regional Collaboration Platform. This platform serves as a collaborative digital space where stakeholders can align on shared goals, exchange ideas, and test new technologies to modernize air traffic management across the region. ? We remain dedicated to exploring how innovation can address future challenges, focusing for instance on sustainable aviation, AI-driven solutions and ATM twin.?Our ongoing collaborations with local partners in Singapore will continue to play a pivotal role in propelling these advancements. ?? [Strengthening European #AirDefence] Under the Eupopean defence Fund, Thales is the coordinator of the European Interactive Sensor-Based Dynamic Defence Network) (#EISNET) consortium, which currently brings together 23 partners from industry, research centres and academia from twelve Member States of the European Union (#EU). The EISNET project aims to improve the responsiveness, resilience and performance of Integrated Air Missile Defence systems in order to protect the EU from threats ranging from swarms of drones to hypersonic missiles. ??Thales celebrates the opening of its new avionics #MRO centre in Gurugram, India ????, aligned with the #AatmanirbharBharat vision! The inauguration was held in the presence of the Honourable Minister of Civil Aviation, Government of India Shri Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu. The event was graced by Mr. Damien Syed, Deputy Head of Mission, French Embassy in India / Ambassade de France en Inde, senior Government officials and eminent dignitaries from the French Embassy, and the industry, alongside Thales team led by Yannick Assouad, Executive Vice President of Avionics with Thomas Got, Vice President Aviation Global Services and Gilles Bono, Vice President, India. This milestone is a testament to Thales's ongoing commitment and investment in India’s booming aviation sector. Shri Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu ji said, “My heartfelt appreciation goes to Thales for setting up this dedicated facility in India to provide onshore MRO services to our airlines. Taking a tour of the facility and seeing it firsthand, I must say that I am deeply impressed by the meticulous planning and innovation that have gone into creating this centre. I believe the inauguration of this advanced avionics MRO centre marks a significant milestone for Indian aviation and a proud moment for Thales in India.” ? ?? Thales and Malaysia Airlines have signed a long-term services agreement for Thales avionics products onboard the airline’s A330neo fleet. ? Through this service agreement, Thales will manage all repairs for its avionics products, as well as provide spares availability and replenishment with stock located in Malaysia Airlines’ main hub and Thales’s Asia-Pacific repair hub in Singapore. This enables the airline to maintain their aircraft at the highest level of performance, while optimizing fleet reliability. ??
