When he's not steering our service team to success, you might find him treasure-hunting for rocks or (rumor has it) designing the world's first RV/houseboat hybrid. The patent office better be ready. Though he's been part of our team for way longer than his Anniversary date claims, congratulations to Jared on 4 incredible years as a Technician! His skills, dedication, and contagious laughter continue to make our workplace brighter every single day. And last but not least, a happy two years to Ponch! Between his legendary fishing tales (that somehow keep getting bigger) and his jokes that keep us on our toes (and almost rival Jared's), he's mastered the art of making work fun while breaking records along the way. ??
