Breaking Ground on Our First StudioRES! Today, we officially broke ground on our first StudioRES in Louisville Jeffersontown, KY, marking the 7th StudioRES to break ground in the country and our 37th hotel overall! We are incredibly excited about this new project and grateful for the amazing support we received at the groundbreaking. Another Milestone for TGC! We are thrilled to announce the acquisition of our 30th hotel, My Place Hotels of America in Missoula, MT! This marks an exciting step forward in our growth, and we couldn't be more excited to expand our footprint in the beautiful state of Montana. This is now our third My Place Hotel under management, with two more in the final stages of construction.
