NASCAR weekend at the #RichmondRaceway was a success! I had the opportunity to shoot content for Mike King as he interviewed the incredible Track President Lori Waran. We also interviewed #BubbaWallace at McDonalds during his sponsored meet and greet (amazing event, Christina Dick Tiramisu For Breakfast Agency)! From the many event activations to the spectacular fans and fantastic racing, it was a weekend to remember. As a marketing professional, I loved the branding and marketing of the cars, merch, raceway, and more.

McDonald's will also have menu offers for the event via the McDonald's app. We're also excited to share this experience with River City Dreams. River City Dreams works with Richmond's youth to?cultivate a deep love for both sports and the diverse world of S.T.E.A.M. Weaving these elements together, they empower young individuals to dream big, think creatively, and excel in their academic pursuits and in the game. In September 2021, Style Weekly ceased operations, just months after it was acquired by hedge fund Alden Global Capital. Then, in November 2021, it was acquired by VPM. STYLE’s new look and website were revealed to the community this past December, and this weekend, the brand-new print format will be in newsstands all across Richmond.

I got to tour the treasure trove that is the office of one of the McDonald’s owners I work with today. I saw McDonald’s restaurants made of legos, Happy Meal toys, awards, Nascar and Barbie collabs and ads - too much to even name. He also showed me photos and told me the story of how he served McDonald’s to First Responders at Ground Zero and said “I can’t believe I’ve gotten to do all of this, all because of hamburgers.” ?????? lovin’ it for sure.
