Infrastructure in Motion: Waterline Replacement in North Scottsdale??? Proud to be working with Willmeng Construction, Inc.?on a critical water infrastructure project in?North Scottsdale, AZ. This project involves installing?approximately 2,700 LF of 16" DIP?from just east of?N 73rd Place?along the?Mayo Blvd alignment, extending east past the?Miller Road alignment?to replace an aging 16" steel cylinder pipe. Additionally, we’re installing?730 LF of 24" DIP?from Mayo Blvd north along the?future Miller Road, reaching just south of the?Loop 101 and its planned underpass. With a?February 2025?completion target, this project will allow private development to move forward?without delay, ensuring the region’s infrastructure keeps pace with growth. Victory Base Offsite Sewer Project Spotlight! TFC is proud to be working as a subcontractor for the Victory Base Offsite Sewer in Litchfield Park, AZ in collaboration with Liberty Utilities Ltd Our team installed over 4,600 feet of sewer line with sewer depths up to 20 feet, (12) manholes, (2) jack and bores, and replaced 4,500 SY’s of asphalt—all while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions and maintaining safe traffic flow. ?? Exciting progress on our Forcemain Retrofit Neely Phase II Project ?? Our crews are hard at work installing over 3,000 LF of new 10” DR11 HDPE wastewater forcemain for the Town of Gilbert. This CMAR project includes the removal/replacement of existing 6” DIP, 30” steel casing bore, ITS conduit, and new appertenances including ARV's and plug valves.
