Specifically, this role will have expertise and proven success in various risk assessment methodologies used in self-funding, level-funding, employer stop-loss, and medical underwriting. Relevant experience operating in the small group employer segment is key. Collaboration with other functions of the health plan and resiliency is critical in this role. You will interact directly and partner routinely with Sales, Actuarial, and Finance, as well as work in conjunction with third parties including: MGU, TPA, and Network partners.
