Something to know: There's a new process coming for borrowers who want their appraisal values reconsidered. - ROV = Reconsideration of Value??♀? - ROVs are used when borrowers want to appeal an appraisal because they believe the opinion of value is unsupported, deficient because of unacceptable appraisal practices, or reflects discriminatory practices.?? - Borrowers can only ask for one ROV per appraisal, and it must be submitted before the loan closes.? More on the process in this article: https://lnkd.in/gax4PHPe
