Texas Water Leader alumni visited the Devils River this past week. While exploring one of the most pristine rivers in Texas, they discussed pressing water issues, learned about herpetology and hydrology, and even helped keep the land clean by clearing campsites and trails. Thank you to The Nature Conservancy in Texas staff, Jeff Weigel and Julie Lewey, for hosting our alumni. Thank you to fellow Texas Water Leader and Executive Director of the Devils River Conservancy, Romey Swanson, for sharing his knowledge.
