These tools help Earl Grey automate their investment sourcing and diligence processes. Fun fact: Earl Grey was the very first investor in CrewAI!

Congratulations to CrewAI on their new Series A round led by Insight Partners! CrewAI is the leading multi-agent platform.
AI agents are software programs that combine the power of LLMs with the ability to complete tasks autonomously. As demand grows for automating more complex workflows and tasks, multi-agent systems play an increasingly critical role in orchestration and enabling agentic systems to work at scale. However, while the potential value that multi-agent systems can deliver is clear, building and managing these systems is complicated and time-consuming.? ? Enter CrewAI.? ? Insight first came across CrewAI earlier this year while conducting research for Managing Director Praveen Akkiraju, VP Sophie Beshar, and Hunter Korn's AI Agents paper. At the time, CrewAI was a newly released open-source project launched by founder Jo?o (Joe) Moura. We quickly took note of CrewAI, given the range of agentic systems being built using their framework, as well as the community of developers and advocates they were fostering. ? Fast forward a few months, and we couldn’t be more excited to have just announced our Series A investment in CrewAI.? ? We’re excited to take you Behind the Investment to provide a look at Insight’s partnership with CrewAI and how Jo?o Moura, Rob Bailey, and the team are building and managing multi-agent AI systems.
