When the clinical grade is higher than the pathological grade (behavior must be the same for both specimens)? ? When there is no pathological grade on the resection path report ? When there is no residual cancer found at resection ? When there is no surgical resection, but microscopic evidence of distant metastasis is found during clinical workup #tx_txtra
