This past MLK Day, Texas Technical Trade School joined forces with Houston ToolBank and The Home Depot Foundation for a truly inspiring event. Students, staff, and employer partners came together to build 10 picnic tables for our local community! It’s incredible to see everyone working side-by-side, embodying Dr. King's spirit of service and community building. Here's why this collaboration was so special: TTTS: Our students & team got hands-on experience, using their skills to give back while learning valuable lessons in teamwork and community engagement. Houston ToolBank: This amazing organization provides tools to community groups, empowering them to make a difference. Their support was crucial in making this project a reality.
