Texas LNG is a 4 mtpa LNG export facility to be constructed in the Port of Brownsville, Texas and owned and managed by Texas LNG Brownsville LLC, an affiliate of global energy transition leader Glenfarne Energy Transition, LLC. Samsung Engineering Co., Ltd. owns a minority equity interest and is leading the delivery of the facility along with Technip Energies USA. We’re happy to share that Glenfarne Energy Transition, LLC's export terminal, Texas LNG has executed a binding tolling agreement with EQT Corporation for 2 million tonnes per annum of #LNG. The definitive agreement follows the signing and announcement of two separate Heads of Agreement between the parties earlier this year. Texas LNG is quickly accelerating to a final investment decision.
