The TEXAS Grant Program supports students at public universities who prepare for college by taking rigorous high school courses, contributing to their success in higher education. By doing so, it removes barriers for students pursuing a four-year degree. ????

Texas now leads the nation with 16 top-tier (R1) research institutions, as recognized by the American Council on Education and Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching. Congratulations to Arun Ravichandra for his recent promotion within the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). Through TXWORKS, Arun began an internship Summer 2024 with the Combative Sports Team and recently joined the team full-time! During his internship, he assisted in regulating combative sports events, worked as an inspector, administration, and developed online systems for the Combative Sports program.
