Move Over or Slow Down, Texas. ? DPS is reminding all drivers to move over or slow down; it's the law. That means when you see police, fire, EMS, Texas Department of Transportation vehicles and tow trucks stopped on the side of the road with emergency lights activated, you need to move over a lane or slow down to 20 mph below the posted speed limit. ? Moving over or slowing down helps ensure the safety of those working on the side of the road, and it could mean the difference between life and death. ? #EndTheStreakTX #CrashResponderSafetyWeek #CRSW #MoveOverSlowDown ??
