Over the last decade, TxCEE has received three Teacher Incentive Fund (TIF) Grants and one Teacher and School Leader (TSL) Grant from the U.S. Department of Education, totaling more than $175 million. The statewide projects have supported TxCEE’s mission in equipping educators to improve student achievement by aligning district resources and increasing educator effectiveness through educator training, coaching, and instructional support. TxCEE staff consists of Texas educators with decades of experience as teachers, teacher leaders, campus and district administrators, state education officials, and higher education professionals. Our team is passionate about helping Texas school districts develop and implement systems that support teachers and principals.

Thank you to Iraan-Sheffield ISD for allowing us to visit on October 1 and 2. TxCEE's Rick Garner enjoyed seeing the Collaborative Learning Communities in action at both the elementary campus and the secondary campus. The elementary team focused on small group instruction and the secondary team discussed analyzing student work. Rick was also able to conduct T-TESS calibration walks with the amazing administrators. All of this work was made possible through the Supporting Pathways to Achieve Rewards and Knowledge system (SPARK), a Teacher and School Leader (TSL) Grant. #EducatorExcellence #TxCEE #SPARK

? Our TxCEE team members, Rhonda, Trisha, and Megan, recently observed impactful collaboration in action in Jubilee RGV. Collaborative Learning Leaders (CLLs) serve a pivotal role in helping teachers, instructional coaches, and administrators explore the power of small groups, visual supports, and data-driven instruction to elevate student learning during Collaborative Learning Communities (CLCs). ???? Thanks to our dedicated CLLs for helping provide new strategies to better support all students, especially our Emergent Bilingual learners! ??

The TxCEE team has been on the move! ??? Last week, Robyn dropped by Pilot Point Independent School District to catch up with teachers and see the incredible progress they’re making with MiPLAN! Then, over the weekend, she and Trisha jetted off to Washington, D.C. for the Institute of Education Sciences (IES) conference. They’re bringing back fresh insights on how to enhance instruction, assessment, and policy for secondary English learners.
