Texas Brine Company, LLC, together with its wholly-owned subsidiaries, is the largest independent brine producer in the United States, supplying over 30% of the brine requirements of the chlor-alkali industry. Through the Responsible Care? initiative and the Responsible Care Global Charter, our industry has made a worldwide commitment to improve our environmental, health, safety and security performance. Accordingly, we subscribe to the guiding principles contained in our TBC Environmental, Health, Safety & Security Policy. Texas Brine is a family-owned business based in Houston, with a proud heritage in salt-related businesses since 1926. Texas Brine helped pioneer the commercial production of brine through solution mining in Texas salt domes, developing its first well in 1946, and co-founded the Solution Mining Research Institute to promote understanding and expertise in the evolving field. The cornerstone of Texas Brine is customer commitment - from operating customer-owned assets to developing and owning greenfield sites dedicated to a customer's plant. As an independent company, we focus on the needs of our customers. With an emphasis on quick response and empowered knowledgeable employees, we are proud of our long history of providing safe and reliable brine supply.   • Texas Brine's Sales & Distribution team came together to make a meaningful impact on families at Missionary Village Apartments, a 160-unit community serving low-income, predominantly single-parent households in the Houston area. Our employees collected non-perishable items to support residents in need. The collected donations were distributed through a no-cost shopping spree on February 18, 2025. Parents and individuals over 18 could select food items free of charge. Employees rallied together, contributing a variety of non-perishable goods to help stock the shelves for those facing financial hardships. Spearheading the initiative was Keith Schurmann, Transportation Director; Lori Daley, Sales/Operations Director; and Lou Ann Pepper, Community Outreach Coordinator for Missionary Village Apartments. Their leadership helped bring the event to life, ensuring local families had access to essential pantry staples. The event was met with heartfelt gratitude from residents, reinforcing the power of collective generosity and community support. By coming together, TBC employees helped brighten the holiday season for many families, easing burdens and fostering a spirit of giving. The event will feature leading natural gas experts and executives who will share insights and outlooks on this important industry.
