Love books and want to be a part of helping to build a community that does, too? Volunteering at The Texas Book Festival is the perfect opportunity for you! Each of our amazing volunteers plays a pivotal role in making the Festival a success. Whether you’re helping with setup, redirecting Capitol goers, or helping to guide authors, there are plenty of opportunities to make a difference. ?? Ready to sign up? Shifts are as short as 3 hours and are available starting the Friday before the Festival, and run through the end of Festival Weekend (November 15–17). Benefits include being a part of the TBF team, choosing times and venues that work for you, helping to produce Festival programming, connecting with your favorite authors, spreading the joy of reading and all things books, and a free volunteer t-shirt! ?? Volunteers must be at least 13 years of age. Volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
