Technology Services' Open Access Labs team was recently honored by the Texas A&M University athletics department with the gift of a framed 12th Man jersey. This thoughtful gift recognized the team’s dedicated contribution on behalf of student athletes during the 2023 football season. Today we are recognizing Cayden Caudle, our Student Employee of the Month for January. Cayden provides excellent customer service with knowledge, passion and patience. ??Everything is Bigger in Texas - Texas A&M's New NVIDIA Cluster to Triple its Supercomputer Power The Texas A&M University System plans to triple the university's supercomputing capacity and establish itself as a leading AI research and innovation hub with a $45 million investment in a NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD. Expected to be one of the top-performing academic supercomputers in North America, the AI supercomputer will provide students and faculty with state-of-the-art tools for research in machine learning, generative AI, graphics rendering and more. Technology Services is thrilled to provide support for Texas A&M University's AI and research initiatives by operating and maintaining the NVIDIA cluster. Join us in congratulating Sara Fermina Cruz Rodriguez, the Student Employee of the Month for December 2024. During the holiday break, Sara was exceptionally helpful in picking up additional shifts and covering hours for her peers. Employees like Sara allow campus members to receive assistance as needed over the holiday break. In December, Sara worked 135 hours and topped the most hours worked in HDC. Congratulations, Sara! Thank you for your dedication and willingness to be available for our campus members!

Congratulations to Callie Kay Seabolt, the Help Desk Central’s November Student Employee of the Month! Callie is a true force in working with and leading the QA team members, and often comes up with initiatives to improve the quality check process and customer service. Respected by her peers, Callie is a great example of excellent customer service and an essential part of HDC’s daily operations. Well deserved, Callie!
