Congratulations to Colorado State University and the CSU Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering on the groundbreaking of the new state-of-the-art ATLAS* Laser Facility. ATLAS will house the nation's top laser research aimed at creating sustainable and reliable fusion energy. Set to come online in mid-2026, the facility is the result of 40 years of laser development research at CSU in partnership with the U.S. Department of Energy’s, Fusion Energy Sciences program in the Office of Science and a strategic $150 million public-private partnership with industry leader Marvel Fusion. Research will include laser-driven fusion as a viable clean energy source. Congratulations to Colorado State University and the CSU College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences on the groundbreaking of the new Veterinary Health and Education Complex! This 213,000 square foot new building will establish a new benchmark for veterinary medical care and education. It will be the start of a new era for Veterinary Medicine. The state-of-the-art facility will more than double the footprint of the current clinical and teaching components, empowering CSU as they train highly skilled, job-ready veterinarians. The complex is set to be completed in 2026. It has taken a lot to get us to where we are today. Tetrad is honored to be a part of the team and look forward to our continued partnership with CSU. Our team and friends had a great time last week at Boots N' Business 2024! Thank you to our friends at JE Dunn Construction and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce for hosting. We had a great time helping kick-off the National Western Stock Show.

Our partners at Tetrad Real Estate are changing the affordable housing landscape in Fort Collins with this new 180-unit complex, opening in January! The complex was just featured on KUSA-TV, 9NEWS last night as they partnered with Colorado State University to create 57 below-market-rate units specifically for CSU employees. KEPHART was brought on to help maximize the site's density, the complex's architectural design, and graphic illustration. Our Construction Administration team will continue to provide on-site guidance as the other phases of the complex open over the next six months! #AffordableHousing #InTheNews https://lnkd.in/e4hU-say
