This week’s highlights: partnering with Minnetonka High School and their incredible VANTAGE program! ?? The VANTAGE program is truly unique. It not only gives students hands-on, real-world experience but also creates opportunities for professionals to connect and collaborate with the next generation of leaders. As part of our work with them, we've had the privilege of meeting so many inspiring small business owners while partnering on creating project charters to solve real business problems. This week, we spent time with RoJo's Designer Consignment, Thaddeus Paskey Arts, Code Ninjas, and Minnetonka Youth Hockey Association. Our founder, Kelly Spiess has been volunteering with Vantage for almost 10 years. That experience led to a personal award (Vantage Gold Partner award) and later, a paid contract. In addition to the broader Tessara team, multiple Tessara client teams have sponsored projects for Vantage. We'd love to keep that number growing as our client portfolio grows! Here is Jay Spiess before judging final presentations onsite at the Vantage location in Minnetonka. After three months of a group project, the team presents their final deliverables to the project sponsor(s), highlighting the original scope of the project, primary and secondary research and their innovative recommendations. ??
