We are looking for a talented individual to join the TESSAlink team, TESSALink is a provider of TESSALink Software, which supports safety checks, inspections, audits, and investigations for equipment safety compliance. Equipment distributors, service providers, utilities, construction companies, and government agencies use TESSALink to ensure comprehensive safety audit compliance and provide digital safety certificates. Our goal is to help businesses prioritize safety without compromising on efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Role Description This is a full-time remote role as a Customer Success Engineer at TESSALink. The Customer Success Engineer will be responsible for onboarding and implementation of the Tessalink platform for new customers. Engage with new and current customers to drive utilization and value as well as providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering customer support to ensure the smooth usage of TESSALink Software. This position will be 50-75% travel mostly US and some Canada. Qualifications Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Customer Support experience 1-3 years with experience with technology in the industrial sector Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Curious self starter that takes initiative Experience with a CRM for daily KPI tracking is a plus Experience deploying technology solutions in an industrial environment Reach out to either [email protected] or [email protected] to talk about becoming our next Success Engineer.
