When JDE Peet's reached out to us in Italy, their mission was clear: enhance visibility and grow their premium coffee brand, L'OR. The goal? Increase market share and attract new, passionate coffee lovers. Our strategy? ???? ?????????????? ?? ???????????????? ???????????????????? ?????????????????? ????????????????, ???????????????? ???? ?????????????????? ?????????????? ???????????? ???? ?????????????????????? ?????? ???????????? ???????? ?????????? ?????????????????????? ?????? ??'????.?Here's how we made it happen: ?? ???????????????????? ??????????????????:?We tapped into our trnd community, activating 11,100 nano influencers (with Nespresso Original-compatible machines) and 9 macro influencers from the family, lifestyle, and food sectors. ?? ???????????????? ??????????????????:?Throughout the year, we rolled out monthly creative concepts tied to key moments: Easter, summer, back-to-school, Halloween, Black Friday, and Christmas. Influencers generated engaging content, from original recipes to genuine product recommendations. ?? ?????????????????? ????????????????????:?To boost engagement, we ran consistent community management, achieving a 132% growth in followers and a 43% increase in reach on L'OR’s Instagram! ?? ?????????????????? ?????????? ????????????:?We partnered with Circana, the leader in market analysis, to measure how our campaign translated into sales. Using data from 11 retail chains, we compared sales before, during, and after the campaign in Milan (test region) vs. Turin (control region). The results?
