Terra Optima works with industry partners and community members to foster soil projects, lead community education programs and develop circular composting systems. We aim to close the loop on organic wastes, developing systems and processes which leverage the power of nature and technology to create restorative soil products. Through our community education programming, we aim to inspire the next generation of change makers through our K-12 composting and sustainability workshops. Our programs have been developed to be in line with Ontario curriculum, and provide a hands-on experience to engage students around soil health, the importance of circular resource management and how to create sustainable food systems.
