Tercus HR provides honest, sensibly priced HR services for small and growing businesses (both in and outside London) that need shrewd HR solutions, rather than an HR department. Tercus HR was born out of the 2008 downturn, when the founder and director had her very own eureka moment providing HR and administrative solutions to businesses who need to concentrate on growing and not get bogged down in HR, admin and bureaucracy. Let’s face it, the Human Resources function has often developed a reputation for either being taken for granted or avoided like the plague, and why wouldn’t it be? If you’re running a growing small business, the last thing you want to be is slowed down with rules, onerous processes, red tape and bureaucracy. What you do need, though, is shrewd HR solutions, so you can get things right first time, and when things do go wrong (which they will) you can prevent them escalating by resolving any issues early on.
