Underground work is now complete. We will be pouring the slab on Office Biscayne this week with masonry coming right behind that. It’s gonna be a real building very soon.

Our new Office Biscayne project required us to extend the Left In turn lane on Lake Mary Blvd at Crystal Drive about 150’. Paving work is almost done and the new turn lane should be open in January.

DL Harkins and AP Construction are making great progress with our site package at Office Biscayne in Lake Mary, FL. Building should be going vertical very soon.
