  • Death is not the only way out … If you plan accordingly. (Talking about your podcast, of course.) You can just finish it. Some of the best podcasts don’t go on forever. They don’t post every week. They don’t burn out their hosts. Instead, they: ? Launch with a clear goal ? Create bingeable content ? End when they’ve served their purpose A 12-episode podcast can outperform a never-ending one, if you design it right. ?? Bonus: That same podcast can give you 50+ pieces of repurposed content: social, paid ads, newsletters, blogs. More impact. Less obligation. You in?

Podcast Architect: High-impact podcasts that deliver results. ?? Top 10 Podcast Host / Award-Winning Producer / 40+ Launches ?? A great podcast is a growth engine for revenue, your authority, and your network.

I’m proud of the things our clients don’t say about us. We’ve launched and improved dozens of podcasts, and not once has a client said: ? “I wish we had waited longer.” ? “We didn’t really need to do this.” But every single one has said: ? “I wish we had done this sooner.” Because once their show is live, the impact is undeniable: Prospects start seeing them as industry leaders. Clients feel more connected to their brand. Sales conversations get easier because trust is already built. Their network grows faster than it ever has. A well-executed podcast doesn’t just share information. It shifts perception, opens doors, and accelerates business growth. If you’ve been waiting for the perfect time to start the process, it was six months ago. The second-best time? Right now. Let’s make it happen.

Let me save you from making a HUGE MISTAKE. Podcast Guests - If you’re booking yourself (or your clients) as a guest on podcasts without having your own show, you’re missing a MASSIVE opportunity. Here’s why: 1. Hosts and audiences take guests more seriously when they have their own show. 2. Having “Podcast Host” on your resume instantly makes you a more attractive and credible choice. If podcasters have to choose between two potential guests, they’ll always favor the one with experience behind the mic. 3. Most people assume launching a podcast means committing to a weekly grind FOREVER. That’s not true. You can create a limited series, record them in a few days, and have a powerful, long-term asset that makes you a podcaster and establishes your expertise. 4. Most Importantly - Podcast Listeners Want More Podcasts:?Every single person who hears you as a guest is a podcast listener. Why send them to your blog, website, or book when you could direct them to your own podcast, where you control the message and can direct their next steps? They're already listening to you on someone else's show. Send them to yours! If you’re serious about making podcast guesting work for you, having your own podcast is the smartest way to amplify your impact. And it’s way easier than you think. Want to know more? Send me a message or book a call. (There's a link in the featured section.)

  • Thinking about starting a podcast in 2025? Here’s your reality check: Even if you have an editor on board, creating a weekly, 45-minute show involves more than you might think. A typical episode could require: → 15 minutes uploading content → 30 minutes preparing show notes → 45 minutes researching → 60+ minutes of back-and-forth with the editor → 90 minutes recording → 90 minutes of guest research, outreach, and coordination → 120+ minutes identifying and creating content for social media And that’s only if everything goes smoothly. But let’s be honest - it usually doesn’t. The research might take longer. The guest could cancel last minute. The computer could crash mid-edit. If you’re a business owner, you don’t have time to troubleshoot software, mess with Adobe Audition, or spend hours in Opus. Outsourcing as much of the process as possible is not just smart - it’s essential if you value your time and want your podcast to have a measurable ROI. Most importantly: Without strategy or intention behind your podcast, all your effort and hours become wasted time / money / energy. That’s where tentwentytwo podcasts comes in. You’re not just hiring an editor when you work with us. You get a: → Producer → Copywriter → Editing Team → Audio Engineer → Sound Designer → Graphic Designer → Technical Advisor → Creative Director → Quality Checker → Troubleshooter → Guest Booker → Strategist If you’re going to do it, do it right. From the start. Reach out to Jeff Dauler today about how we can help you create the podcast you've been thinking about.

  • This is an incredible, high-value opportunity for a few businesses and entrepreneurs. We’re building out a new podcast program for 2025 and want feedback / input. Do one of the following describe you: 1. You’re a business with a podcast that hasn’t released a new episode in more than 6 months. 2. Your active B2B podcast isn’t producing leads or revenue, or is delivering a disappointing ROI. 3. You are a business or an entrepreneur who committed to starting a podcast in 2024 but that has not happened. This program is for professionals aiming to leverage podcasts to boost revenue, build brand authority, and engage key audiences. If any of these apply to you, let’s connect immediately. We want to get started next week. Know someone who fits this profile? Please share this with them! Thank you!

A few years ago, after months of gentle nudging, I got the call I’d been waiting for from Mosheh O.. He was finally ready to launch the podcast I knew he needed. But in true newsman style, he wanted it live in under a week. Now, we typically take 6 weeks to go from first meeting to launch. He gave us six DAYS. While we tackled the backend, we gave Mosh and Jill Wagner one critical task: Describe your podcast to a new listener in just one sentence. What they came back with was perfect: ?? Mosh & Jill bring just the facts, and read between the lines so you don’t have to. ?? Over 5 million listens and over two years later, they’ve stayed true to that vision every single day. Mo News has become a go-to for accurate, engaging, and fair news coverage. Highly recommend checking out MO NEWS this week, especially if you’re exhausted by noise and bias in the media. The whole Mo News team brings professionalism, poise, and grace to the relentless 2024 news cycle, making complex stories approachable and adding context so you understand why the stories matter. Their IG account blends news highlights with deeper dives, while the daily podcast provides the top stories, discussion, perspective, and a bit of humor – making the news both informative and enjoyable. Don’t just take my word for it; here’s what listeners have to say: ? “The commitment to factual reporting & balanced topics is unmatched.” ? “A breath of fresh air amidst a media landscape that’s hard to trust.” ? “Finally, a news source without slant, tackling tough events fairly.” ? “The best daily news source available to the public.” ? “FINALLY! Actual journalism!” Proud to have Mosh and Jill as part of the tentwentytwo podcasts family. In a world of noise and confusion, they’re the trusted voices we all need.

  • While you delay launching your podcast, your competitors are building trust with your customers. You need to get started today. Here are 5 things that are happening as you wait: 1. Your competitors are controlling the conversation. ??They’re showing up where your audience is listening, and you’re not. 2. Potential customers are tuning in to others’ voices. ??That audience is learning to like and trust someone else. It should be you. 3. Your brand’s influence is being left out of industry discussions. ??You’re missing the chance to position yourself as a go-to authority. 4. Your credibility is being diminished. ??The industry is listening to those who are actively sharing insights—even if they’re less qualified than you. 5. Competitors are building trust faster. ??They’re educating your ideal clients and shaping their perspectives. ? 84% of podcast listeners have taken action - more research, a purchase, or booking a call - after hearing about something on a podcast. Nothing works better than podcasting to influence decision-makers. ? 63% of listeners trust the hosts they listen to. Podcasts are a powerful tool for building credibility and establishing brand authority. ? 55% of business owners and founders listen to podcasts daily, using what they hear to shape their decisions. The year is almost over, and these missed opportunities are adding up. Stop waiting. Reach out today and let’s make your podcast happen before 2024. We have room to work with two new clients before the end of the year. You should be one of them. __________________________________ ? Think of the last few guests you had on your podcast. If you were listening to your own show, was it clear why they were there? Every minute on your podcast is valuable real estate. Just like a farmer or developer wouldn't hand over their land to anyone who asked, you shouldn't give away your podcast time without careful thought. That’s why you need a strong filter for the guests you invite on your show. Not all guests should be approached the same way, but every guest should bring clear value to the table for you and/or your audience. Here’s a simple framework to ensure you maximize the value of every episode: 1. Bring Clear Value to Your Audience Your guest should teach your audience something new or evoke a powerful emotional response. Whether it’s knowledge, entertainment, or engagement, the value must be clear and delivered early. Hook your listeners in the first few minutes to keep them engaged for the full episode. 2. Elevate Your Status Invite guests who can elevate your credibility or expand your reach. Think of guests with large followings, industry clout, or high visibility. Featuring them builds your authority, and their audience may discover your show through their sharing. Make the episode one they want to share with their followers by offering unique insights or memorable moments. This also includes networking guests. These guests can be potential clients or key connections to enter new business circles. For a B2B podcast, these are the guests who open doors for pipeline growth and partnerships. 3. The Five Fs: Friend, Family, Favor, Fun, Financial Sometimes, guests appear because of personal connections, business obligations, or for fun. These episodes can still be valuable but should be transparent with your audience. Consider labeling them as “bonus” episodes to maintain trust. Pro Tip: If the guest is providing value to your audience, the spotlight stays on them. But if it’s a ‘friend’ guest, shift the focus. Your audience is more interested in your story and your relationship than in the guest’s personal achievements. For a typical B2B podcast, try this balance: - 60% value guests - 30% network guests - 10% 5F guests This ratio prioritizes your audience but can be adjusted creatively depending on your content strategy and solo episodes. The goal is to keep your programming fresh and engaging. Ready to create a high-ROI podcast in 2025? ?? B2B vs. B2C Podcast Production: What’s the Difference? At tentwentytwo podcasts, we’ve had the pleasure of producing both B2C and B2B podcasts, delivering tremendous success for clients in both spaces. But the strategies and approaches are very different! ?? B2C Podcasting is about volume—the goal is to reach as many people as possible. ROI typically comes from advertising revenue or product sales, so these shows need broad appeal, engaging stories, and entertainment value. ?? B2B Podcasting, which is our primary focus, takes a more targeted approach. It’s about reaching a niche, high-value audience—think industry decision-makers, thought leaders, and potential business partners. The emphasis here is on building deep relationships with guests and delivering insightful, value-packed content. No matter which side you’re on, having a clear strategy is key to a successful podcast. If you’re looking to create a B2B show that delivers real value, tentwentytwo has the expertise to help you make it happen. #B2BMarketing #PodcastingForBusiness #tentwentytwo #PodcastProduction #B2Bpodcasts
