A phenomenal experience last month visiting the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) and seeing the new opera house, for the 2023 Institute of Acoustics (IOA) Auditorium Acoustics conference in Athens! It was a privilege representing Tenor Engineering Group overseas, and presenting my paper on sound strength (G) during the poster sessions. I look forward to a continuing conversation about ISO 23591 and on how sound strength can apply to not only concert halls, but also to right-sizing the design (sound absorbing finishes and room volume) of other room types, such as band rooms.?#acoustics?#auditorium?#opera?#athens?#operahouse?#tenorengineeringgroup
