Pendry Hotels & Resorts just announced its highly anticipated debut in Nashville with the opening of Pendry Nashville and Pendry Residences Nashville, set to open in the vibrant Paseo South Gulch neighborhood. Developed in collaboration with SomeraRoad Inc. - Pendry Nashville will feature 180 guestrooms and suites alongside 146 exquisite Pendry Residences. Designed by local architectural firm ESa, in partnership with New York-based interior design studio Post Company, the property will boast sophisticated interiors characterized by Italian marbles, warm woods, burnished brass accents, and thoughtfully curated vintage furnishings and artwork - and offering distinctive amenities including a vibrant ground-floor restaurant and lobby bar, a rooftop pool, and over 10,000 square feet of event and meeting spaces. Next month, The Electric Jane?will officially relaunch as an exclusive members club and is now accepting membership applications. Bringing live music, comedy, culinary pop-ups, and social events, The Electric Jane will also see new amenities like a cigar lounge and personal wine and liquor lockers. Membership will be limited to 500–1,000 people, with two tiers—Founder and Community—providing access to events, food-and-beverage credits, and guest privileges. Professional baseball is returning to Knoxville after 25 years on April 15, with the Tennessee Smokies facing the Chattanooga Lookouts in the inaugural game at the new Covenant Health Park. The stadium will also host soccer matches, concerts, and festivals - serving as the centerpiece of a $100 million redevelopment by GEM Community Development Group, supporting the broader revitalization of East Knoxville while projecting to generate $480 million in economic impact and create over 400 jobs. Vanderbilt University has just unveiled stunning new renderings of its highly anticipated West Palm Beach graduate campus, showcasing a bold, modern design with sunlit classrooms, expansive green spaces, and cutting-edge innovation hubs. Spanning 300,000 square feet across seven acres of donated land, the campus will focus on business, AI, data science, and engineering programs, reinforcing West Palm Beach’s reputation as a growing financial and innovation hub. Inspired by Vanderbilt’s Nashville arboretum, the campus will integrate native South Florida greenery throughout modern learning spaces. With a $2.4 billion investment over 25 years and a $300 million fundraising goal, construction is expected by 2029 or sooner. The planned campus, designed by Boston-based Elkus Manfredi Architects, and backed by developer Stephen Ross, aims to drive local economic growth, and create 4,500 construction jobs.
