In Chongqing, the team is setting the bar high – delivering on #safety, production, and cost-saving goals! Similarly, in Wuhan, the team is driving efficiency, innovation, and bold execution – with #safety always top of mind. They don’t just move the needle; they push it forward. Meet Jessica Martinez, Quality Director for our Champion group, based in Vallejo, Mexico. She shows up #TheTennecoWay, every day. Among her many achievements, she helped spearhead Keystone, a global quality management system that aligned our plant locations and streamlined operations. Seeing it in action – driving real improvements on the ground – was a defining moment that fuels her drive to keep raising the bar. Jessica’s leadership didn’t go unnoticed! She earned a spot at the 2023 AIAG Annual Quality Summit, proving what we already know: Tenneco doesn’t just follow the standard; we set new ones. That’s #TheTennecoWay.

P3 site certification isn’t just a title—it’s a test. A test of discipline, focus, and the relentless drive to be better than best-in-class. It’s about setting a higher bar and refusing to settle. We’re excited to announce that our plant in Hosur, India has officially earned #P3 Bronze site certification! This is a big deal—not just because it’s the first Tenneco site in India to achieve this milestone, but because it’s also the second Monroe Ride Solutions (MRS) site to earn the honor. How did they do it? Tenacious execution. The Hosur team locked in on #safety, nailed their KPIs, mastered #5S, and pushed their operating system maturity to the next level. They didn’t just meet the standard—they owned it. And that’s exactly the mindset that defines #TheTennecoWay. #TennecoIndia Congratulations, Team Tenneco Hosur! Go get that Silver!

This week, we kicked off the first of the 2025 TENNX CEO Award celebrations in Puebla, Mexico, where CEO Jim Voss was onsite to personally recognize Roberto Zepeda Sanchez, a tooling manager, alongside his plant team. When a critical machine failed, Roberto took action—he disassembled it, repaired it, and restored operations, preventing costly downtime. But his impact didn’t stop there. His initiative sparked a movement, inspiring toolroom mechanics to enhance their skills and tackle bigger challenges. As part of his award, Tenneco also made a donation to a charity of Roberto's choice. This is #TheTennecoWay—where excellence is the standard and leaders emerge by taking action.
