Tenfold is hosting classes on Identity Theft on Tuesday, March 4, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. or Thursday, March 6, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. via Zoom. Each year more people are having their identities stolen and used for illicit activity. Most often, thieves gain access to your payment card or financial information and use it to make purchases, open new accounts, or take out loans in your name without your consent. Surprisingly, identity thieves will target just about anyone if given the opportunity, so how do you know if you are at risk? This workshop will show you how to minimize the risk that you will become a victim of Identity Theft. Identity Theft attendees learn the methods used to steal identity and find out how to prevent identity theft. This workshop is constantly updated to add the latest schemes used by identity thieves.
