Two really important lessons I've learned the last few moths: You can not automate relationships ?? You can not put community behind a paywall ???? Since the moment we launched the updated membership community for The Eventrepreneur Network, The TEN Collective, there was something missing. Peace. I have not had peace since I tried to automate TEN on the backend. Trying to automate TEN on the backend didn't feel right. Our industry thrives on relationships, and a true community cannot be built behind a paywall. I don't think that we failed. I just don't think that that was the right move for TEN. As a dear friend said to me earlier this week, we now just have to pivot. So I'm excited to announce that we've gone back to our roots.
