We are thrilled to announce our latest flex-industrial project, the Mill Run Innovation Center, set to be delivered in 2025! This new speculative Class A development, located in the West Submarket of Columbus, offers prime access to I-270 and I-70, connecting seamlessly to the entire Central Ohio region. With a total of 130,000± SF, the building is designed to accommodate tenants starting at 26,000 SF. Featuring many state-of-the-art amenities such as an ESFR sprinkler system, clear heights of 32’-35’, and a rare 15-year, 75% tax abatement, this project is designed to foster growth and innovation.
